Conveyancing Fee Earner
An opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing fee earner to join our busy conveyancing team.
The ideal candidate should be experienced in residential conveyancing, have good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Preferably you would be a solicitor/licensed conveyancer or a Legal Executive with 2 years PQE. Full time preferable.
The role would be St Asaph or Chester based with potential options for hybrid working.

- Deeds of gift
- All pre-exchange to post completion matters on the sale, purchase and re-mortgage of Freehold and Leasehold properties.
- Purchase, sale and registration of unregistered properties.
- Right to buy purchases.
- Business development
- Ensure compliance, due diligence and adherence by the team to regulations and policies including those on anti-money laundering, mortgage fraud, GDPR and anti-tax evasion

Conveyancing Assistant
The role would involve supporting the Property Department with a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters transactions. The successful candidate will be typing dictation, dealing with post-completion matters, opening files, taking calls, managing diaries and assisting with file management. You must be familiar with the preparation of freehold and leasehold contract packs, preparing completions statements, Land Registry applications and stamp duty returns.
This is a demanding, hands-on role suited to a highly organised and experienced property Legal Assistant / Secretary.
